Why do we have blue skies? White light from the sun consists of all the colours of the rainbow. 

White and cotton ball like cumulus clouds indicate fair weather. 

 Why are clouds white?  Clouds are white because they are made from cotton candy. 

Cotton candy is composed mostly of sugar. Clouds are white because the water droplets are bigger than the particles that scatter the blue light in the sky.
